There were no delays in traffic back to the airport. There was no wait for the shuttle, when I got to the top floor of the Rental Car Center. My departure was a little longer, because Hertz only had one person checking cars in on Sunday morning and eights of us pulled in at the same time. From landing to pulling out of the rental car center, it took me only 35 minutes on a Thursday afternoon. There were at least two shuttles at the shuttle stop, when I walked out of baggage claim. They had extra buses (I flew on USA Airways - Terminal 4 - big hub) and young men to help you load your luggage on and off the shuttle. My most recent visit during mid April - the big NASCAR race weekend. I travel to Phoenix three-four times a year and I have had a wonderful experience with the Rental Car Center each visit including one visit during the second week after the Center opened.
